1. Services offered. Our website offers original artwork, design services, and other products for sale.

2. User obligations. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account. Users must also comply with our community guidelines when submitting user-generated content.

3. Intellectual property rights. All intellectual property on the website, including artwork, designs, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Users may not reproduce or use any intellectual property without our prior written consent. In the event of a dispute over ownership or infringement of intellectual property, we will resolve the dispute through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Commercial Arbitration Centre (CCAC).

4. Limitations of liability. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are also not liable for any damages arising from user-generated content.

5. Dispute resolution. Any disputes between us and users will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the CCAC.

6. Termination. We reserve the right to terminate a user’s account or access to our website for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions or community guidelines.

7. Changes to terms. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and users are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
