1. Services & Offerings

Designs by Liane provides creative services and products, including but not limited to:

• Interior design services
• Production design, art direction and set design
• Concept development and design-only services
• Artwork, custom art, and curated pieces
• Digital assets, concept work, and visual materials
• Physical and digital products offered through our shop

Services may be offered on a project, hourly, retainer, or fixed-scope basis, depending on the nature of the work.

2. Consultations & Project Engagement

All projects begin with an initial consultation to determine scope, intent, and feasibility.
Following this consultation, a project estimate, proposal, or scope of work may be provided.

Submission of questionnaires, materials, or project details does not constitute a binding agreement until terms are formally confirmed.

3. Payments & Fees

• Design services typically require a retainer prior to project commencement.
• Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement or proposal.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Digital products, artwork, or shop items must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipment.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work:

• Design services, consultations, and custom artwork are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
• Physical goods are subject to return policies outlined in the Shop section, where applicable.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

All content created by Designs by Liane — including designs, drawings, concepts, artwork, visuals, and written materials — remains the intellectual property of Paradigm Tree Inc., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted usage rights strictly for the agreed purpose.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Designs by Liane retains the right to document and showcase work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Respond to requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Respect creative authorship and professional boundaries

Delays caused by incomplete information or approvals may affect timelines and costs.

7. Limitations of Liability

Designs by Liane is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Contractor performance, third-party vendors, or site conditions
• Changes in timelines or costs resulting from unforeseen circumstances

We approach challenges transparently and collaboratively but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our scope of control.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may reference or link to third-party platforms, tools, or vendors. Designs by Liane is not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of external services.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
• Copy or reproduce content without permission
